Ro and Co was founded by Katie Robirds, owner a talented business woman with a penchant for good style. Katie’s passion for fashion converged with the opportunity to launch a boutique retail store with an experienced team she trusted. Ro & Co is an online boutique with a brick and mortar location in the Pendleton Arts District in Greenville, SC.
Our physical location has a rich history in the community as a filling station and then a creative hub for a series of right-brain focused industries, including housing a florist, photographer, and artist studio. The creative energy is palpable in this warehouse-esque space that features our logo painted on the exterior wall by one of the art studio’s former inhabitants, Sunny Mullarkey.
The launch of Ro & Co formally began when Katie Robirds was vacationing with her husband and dreaming about this “wild and crazy idea” she no longer could stop thinking about. Katie then reached out to Pam and over coffee and many conversations to follow Pam and Katie began bringing life to Ro and Co. With Katie’s longing to open her own women’s retail store, and with Pam’s experience of owning her own past women’s clothing boutique, it was a perfect fit.
We are proud to bring something completely different to the Greenville boutique landscape in the Upstate fashion scene, offering a refreshingly new collection of styles. Ro & Co focuses on exclusive, quality brands with a high end flair that are newer to the market. Our style is best described overall as “day to night streetwear” with a wide variety of solid basics and casual looks balanced by a healthy selection of formal and investment pieces.
